The Renaissance Village Board of Directors wishes to welcome you as a member of the Renaissance Village Community. We hope the following information will help you understand the working relationship between the Board of Directors, Homeowners and Midlantic Property Management-Inc.
The Renaissance Village association elected a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary of Treasury and Trustee. The Board is elected to administer and govern the business of the association in accordance with the Renaissance Village Association Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and By-Laws. Annually an election is held to replace members as their terms expire. The term of a Board Member is for 2 years.
The Board of Directors has contracted with Midlantic Property Management, Inc. to provide management, financial and customer service your association. A Midlantic representative (Property Manager) will work directly with your Board assisting in daily functions of the Association business. It is important to note that Midlantic Property Management, Inc. works on behalf of the Association at the direction of the Board. All major decisions that effect Renaissance Village are made solely by a majority vote of the Board of Directors or the membership.
There is an association meeting held public bi-monthly. This meeting is held to review the business and financial status of the association and make decisions regarding the findings. This meeting is with the Board of Directors unless otherwise notified.
The Board of Directors encourages you to be an active member of the community. Please consider serving on a committee, offering your name as a candidate at the next election, or simply attending the regular meetings of the Board.
